Sr Role - Catastrophe/Risk Modeling - BFSI

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in risk Modeling/Catastrophe modeling with a leading shared services organisation at Bangalore.

Required experience of 12 - 17 years in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry with good exposure in the field of catastrophe risk modeling.

Good knowledge of AIR, RMS and EQE CAT models.

Role involves:

- Handling and building a team for Catastrophe modeling / Insurance Reinsurance risk Modeling.

- Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients

- Liaise with modeling companies/ global teams as required to discuss bug fixes, workarounds, and upcoming releases and suggest enhancements.

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
