Senior Role in Bank Regulatory & Compliance Change Management

Role:

- Identify regulatory changes across various regulators across various regions, determine their applicability to the various businesses of the bank and ensure that processes and necessary governance and control frameworks are put in place and are sufficient

- Coordinate and implement organisational frameworks and governance structures

- Use business expertise to think - out-of-the box- to develop new ways to identify regulatory developments, communicate their impact to the business and ensure control exists to support compliance delivery

- Liaise with key regulators and stakeholders on a consistent basis

- Keep up-to-date on industry news, changes to the regulatory landscape, and financial best practices

Requirements:

- MBA/ CA/ CS etc. degree with experience leading a team covering Compliance Regulatory Change or dealing with regulatory changes in capacity of business/ product or Central Compliance related areas and with general understanding of banking and securities market business activities

- 11-18 yrs of experience in Regulatory/ Compliance related areas in a Bank/ Investment Bank

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the regulatory change environment; ability to analyze data and - join-the-dots- to improve the process and make recommendations accordingly

- Should have experience managing teams and operating as a player/coach
