JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling end to end IT Recruitment (Both Permanent & Contract to Hire) i.e Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment - Sourcing, Short listing, Interviewing, Arranging Client Interview and Closing the positions..
- Candidate should have experience on bulk hiring, leadership hiring(From Jr level to Project manager level), Campus recruitment, headhunting Etc.
- Taking requirement from Recruitment team.
- Detailed analysis of the requirements, understanding the requirement specification.
- Responsible for sourcing quality profiles as per the Client requirements from various sources like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, References & identifying the potential candidates.
- Conducting preliminary telephonic interview with candidates for determining their suitability to match the requirement, understanding their competencies, interest towards the job, applicant's technical skills & making them understand their roles & responsibilities.
- Gathering information like candidate's Contact, Education and Experience present/ expected compensation, relocation issues, reason for change etc...
- Formatting resumes
- Sending the shortlisted candidates to the Client Manager.
- Schedule the interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with the candidate after interview for Feedback.
- Posting the requirement on the job portals as per the Clients requirement, sending bulk mails through Portals, Head hunting to get relevant Profiles.
- Negotiating the compensation packages and co-ordinating the other aspects to get the candidate on board.
- Follow up with the candidate’s until their joining date, and after the joining.
- Creating Monthly / Weekly / Daily MIS Report and sending it to Management and Senior Management.
- Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and create pipeline of talent.
- Involved in complete life cycle of Resourcing & Recruitment Process from initial sourcing to Joining for the candidate
- Adaptability and flexibility to work on different requirements.
- Maintaining records of attendance, leaves of employees.
