Sr Project Manager - Design/Architecture - Healthcare

This is a fast-growing company which plans to expand its footprint of high-quality family health clinics across Mumbai, followed by expansion in other cities.

- The Senior Projects Manager will be in charge of coordinating the interior design and fit-out process and getting the New Centers ready with regards to all physical infrastructure, and will supervise his/her own internal team.

- Prior Design + Project Management experience of 8+ years mandatory.

- An Architecture degree from a reputed institution in India, along with work experience as a design architect, is mandatory.

JD:

- New center interior layout/design, creation of GFC drawings (including 3D views)

- New Center project management and supervising/coordinating work of contractors

- Inputs on best allocation and space utilisation for the new premises

- Checking that the agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies

- Checking the Bill of Quantity

- Audit/ Inspection of contractors’ work

- Interfacing with local authorities and regulatory approvals

- Setting up and overseeing facilities management contracts for housekeeping, plumbing, security etc

Requirement:

- Total work experience (design + project management) of 8+ years (ideally retail store build-outs)

- Candidate should have Architecture degree from a reputed institution in India, along with work experience as a design architect

- Highest integrity and ethics (references will be checked)

- Pleasant and friendly personality with a desire to work in team

- Attention to detail and finishing is critical

- Ability to work and handle pressure with multi-tasking skills

- Organized and methodical approach to work
