8-15 years recent experience with consulting engagements or with large consulting firm or specialty practice related to the outsourcing industry.  - strong expertise in Pre-sales, Bid Management  - Experience focused on transformation aspects including shared services, operational improvement and outsourcing/offshoring.   - Comprehensive knowledge and experience in financial management of global outsourced Services and Service Providers.   - Proven knowledge and experience in sourcing financial management (5+ years).  - An understanding of global corporate financial practices and goals - including drivers of process costs, ability to work with Service Providers to ensure effective cost solutions and agreed upon service level agreements.  - Working knowledge of accounting activities and concepts a requirement - operational understanding of accounting a significant plus  - Business development and sales experience including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal writing, sales calls and sales support.  - Working knowledge of capabilities of Tier 1 and Tier 2 outsourcing vendors.
