Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and mentoring the team of Relationship Managers in Bangalore
- Needs to interact closely with the Sales team to understand the sales pipeline so that resource planning can be done accordingly
- Overall responsibility of backend configuration of all the data and profiles related to our partners for the region
- Resource allocation post Sale to ensure rapid deployment and launch of our product at partner's site
- Responsible for the overall quality metrics pertaining to partner relationship and to show constant improvement on the key metrics
- Implementation of innovative process and training ideas for deepening our product usage by the partner
- Responsible for deployment and roll out of new product features at all partner sites
- Completely responsible for handling all partner escalations and bringing them to speedy resolution within the specified SLAs
- Overall responsibility of collection of outstanding dues and unpaid invoices by the partners
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure speedy resolution of bugs and as well as on the long term product roadmap

Experience & Education:
- 5-7 years of total experience
- 2-3 years of Operations/Relationship Management experience
- MBA and Bachelors from Tier 1 School
- Having managed reasonable sized team(s)
