A leading BPO is looking for Senior Manager - US Payroll Speciality for its HRO Practice at Chennai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process
- Develop and implement Processes to attain optimum results in running & managing payroll timely and accurately
- Drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results
- Ability to manage US Payroll Tax
- Meet pre-defined process SLAS
- Identify trends and process gaps
- Ensure accurate measurement and reporting procedures are in place
Client Management
- Manage customer perceptions and build strong relationships with client and within the company
- Interact effectively with Client and exceed customer expectations
- Achieve high C-Sat
People
- Adopt people strategies for effective and optimal selection, orientation, development and performance
- Team building and management
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
- Manage attrition within the process to enhance retention
Skills Desired:
- US and Canada payroll & payroll Tax Experience Mandatory
- Proficient in HR applications (PeopleSoft preferred)
- Should have hands on experience in US Payroll Tax
- Customer Service champion
- Ability to lead by example
- Effective listening skills
- Organizational Skills
- Excellent written and oral skills to communicate effectively with all levels of managers and associates
- Proficient in computer applications and the ability to multi-task and quickly learn new technology
- Previous managerial experience preferred
Educational Qualification: Graduate / PG in HR
