About our Client - Our client is one of the leading Pharmaceutical MNC's based out of Europe. They have a vast product portfolio ranging across therapy areas and are leaders in many of their fields. They are branded as the Employer of choice year on year and have an established operations in India, with an employee base of over 2500. They are looking for a Senior Manager-International Marketing.

Job Description - Job Description Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing the marketing plans of the group with targeted focus on consumer satisfaction.

- Further develop and implement the organization's marketing strategy to meet the needs of the overall business plan specific to India.

- Evaluate and analyze customer feedback, conditions of the market, gaps in the market, competitor information, and adapt the marketing strategy as needed.

- Plan and co-ordinate as necessary the work of all departments to ensure maximum productivity of all the organizations' resources.

- Oversee all recruitment, training requirements and performance management of the entire marketing and sales staff to ensure maximum productivity.

The Successful Candidate - You will have a MBA degree from a top tier institute with 8-11 years marketing experience with a global MNC preferably in the healthcare sector.You will have spent the last few years in a team handling capacity with a proven track record of success.You must have excellent communication, be highly driven with strong awareness of global marketing strategies and trends
