Job description:

- A leading global consulting firm is looking for a Senior Manager & a Director to deliver consulting services related to Corporate Law, Governance, Regulatory & Compliance. These positions gain significance give the changes been brought by Company Law Board and several regulatory bodies. This position will provide consulting services from a corporate governance, regulatory and compliance standpoint to industry CFO, Company Secretary, Legal leaders and company boards in India.

Background:

- The applicant must be a Lawyer or a Chartered Accountant by education with 10-20 years of relevant experience. Prior consulting experience would be a big advantage, though not essential. However the applicant must possess strong current understanding of the subject matter and have the maturity, confidence and presentation capabilities to consult CXO’s in large companies in India.
