Chief People Officer / Sr.Mgr Talent Management.  This position is with a technology company catering to Media Industry.  MAX CTC : 20 Lacs.  Responsible for OD initiatives including Employee Engagement & Employee Communications.  Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:  - Design Organization Development interventions based on findings of Employee Engagement Surveys, Gallup Survey, Pulse Surveys, Best Employers Survey etc.  - Implement various people advocate engagement activities to sustain employee recognition culture and fun at work to foster positive and healthy atmosphere at workplace.  - Responsible for Employee out-reach programs, Town-halls, Newsletters, Skip Level meetings, Team Bonding activities through sports, festival functions and Out bound team building  - Roll out employee communication and conduct training programs when changes in policies, processes or new tools and systems  - Effectively handle employee’s relations; managed conflicts, employee counseling and dispute resolution, thus maintaining cordial employee relations.  - Rewards & Recognition: Deployment of R&R Program within the organization  - CSR initiatives and Programs.  - Implement Career Development Framework, Leadership Development & Succession Planning Programs across the organization.
