Devise training strategy for the SBU  2. Identify training and development needs for the retail SBU through job analysis, PMS and regular consultation with business managers and create a training plan  3. Design, develop and deliver training and development programmes.  4. Prepare annual Training budgets in coordination with business managers and team.  5. Ensure effective roll out of induction programmes  6. Ensure and maintain standards of training process as per internal standards(ISO)  7. Monitor, review and present training activities to senior management by maintaining MIS as per norms  8. Oversee and manage activities of the Training team to ensure alignment to the training plan.  9. Collaborate with the SBU-Head to make decisions regarding key development programs.   10. Lead and manage learning and development requirements to meet strategic business objectives (Retail)   11.Initiate and develop effective relationships with business partners, internal and external stakeholders  12. Lead and manage talent management process, succession planning and career pathing, in line with organisational/business requirements for key roles  13. Collaborate with academia and professional organisations to bring in best practices, knowledge and technical know-how for improving standards of L&D initiatives  14.
