Sr Mgr - Corporate Communications - BFSI

Looking for Senior Manager - Corporate Communications for a leading Financial Services client.

The role would play a key role driving a position of significance for the client in media and establish an effective internal communications practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

- Development and delivery of a scalable internal communications strategy to provide timely communications to all levels of the organization.

- Interact with senior leadership of the company to create and maintain company’s communication strategy.

- Liaise with different functions across the organisation to gather requirements.

- Serve as conduit through which most company communications flow through for approval, review and editing prior to being distributed in a widespread internal manner to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate initiatives and brand positioning

- Identifying and implement different tools and channels for effective internal communication for example intranet, emailers etc

- Develop own and manage an organizational newsletter, coordinate with various departments to get input and work with creative resource to complete

- Own, develop and manage calendars of key messages to ensure consistent, relevant and timely delivery of internal communication material and to avoid message conflicts.

External Communications (Media Relations and PR):

- All communication from the CEO inside and outside the company.

- Plan and execute successful PR programs. Use PR and effective media relations to increase Brand Recall

- Effectively manage PR and other related agencies to ensure effective delivery of objectives.

- Put in place “media training” focus aligned to the company’s communication objective.

- Manage company communications policy.

- Partnering with NGOs for CSR activities

Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of work experience in Corporate Communications (both in internal communications and PR).

- Experience in financial services will be an added advantage.

- Industry Preference - Banking / Insurance / Hospitality
