Job Description
The role of the Master Data Analyst is to review and execute master data maintenance requests and will be responsible for the centralized maintenance of all SAP master data.
Point of Contact & Troubleshooting for Expenses issues
Maintaining the Purchasing Org structure + compliance to SOX ITGC/O2 Governance model
Creation of new users in Production System + compliance to SOX ITGC
Creation of users in the portal system
Updating user access + compliance to SOX ITGC
Assigning/update credit limit for customers - CC1000
Create/update/lock G/L on the Chart of Accounts + compliance to SOX 6.4
Create cost elements
Create/update/lock Cost Centres
Shut down AP & WH -3000 &2000 &1000
Shut down AR for 1000, 2000 & 3000
Shut down GL for prior period
Journals listing details to Financial Control
Month End Closing Process for EPSC
All MDA processes for EPSC
Management of SOX & ITGC Controls Audit
Maintaining records and running reports for audit compliance
Preparation of biannual user access reports for audit
Finance/HR team leaders role review
Unlocking and Locking cost centers specific to Depreciation run at month end
Activating and deactivating IO availability control.
Creation/locking of Profit Centres
Email & Administrative work
Requirements
- 2 years of previous experience in an SAP MDA role to include system security, role maintenance and authorisation control.
- Excellent PC Skills. High level of Excel knowledge required.
- Fluency in English with the ability to articulate technical issues in a succinct manner
- Detail orientated

- Good understanding of general business concepts
Ideal Candidate would be an MBA (Finance) with relevant SAP exp 3-5 years, with at least 2 years in Master Data Maintainance.
CTC : Can go upto 9 lacs, won’t be a constraint for deserving candidate
