Reporting to : DGM - Marketing

Qualification:

- Bachelor in Engineering and MBA from a recognized university with 8 – 10 years of experience in Manufacturing industry (Steel / Ferro Alloys)

Desired Profile:

- Should be well acquainted with current market rates for various items like Sponge Iron, Billets, Wire Rod, HB wire.

- Must be computer savvy with hands on experience in MS Office and any ERP packages.

- Good at generating MIS reports.

- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.

- Will be responsible for all of the pre and post sales activities.

- To initiate lead and conversion into orders.

- Should be a detail oriented person.

Job Role:

- Regular Market assessment for fixing price of various items like Sponge Iron, Ingots, Billets, Wire rods, HB wire etc

- Monitoring dispatch according to the pending order, availability of material, payments, etc.

- Gather customer and market information on a regular basis

- Keep track and ensure resolution of customer service issues on delivery and complaints

- Fixing the product price and communicating the same to the agents and customers.

- Timely adherence to order booking activity
