Job Title: Sr Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications:

Education: BACHELOR’S DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY / MBA

Skills:

- Proven ability to perform the overall duties and responsibilities of this position with general guidance.

- Ability to work independently and in group settings. Must be willing to lead the work of others on occasion.

- Strong people skills are required. Excellent Phone Etiquette and a stable work history.

- Command over English.

- Knowledge on PACs / HIS is required.

- He or she must be detail oriented, highly motivated and have excellent organizational skills.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

- Under general guidance will be responsible for providing a full range of services to support the marketing department, including coordinating and preparing communications and correspondence.

- He/She may also support other departments within the organization.

- Keeping brochure up to date and design brochure and souvenir ads as and when necessary.

- Ensure all communications and items are properly branded, including company brochures, literature and newsletters/bulletins.

- Applicant will also develop and update all marketing materials, plan events, and partner with IT department to update and maintain website (input small tweets/updates on the website).

- Ability to compose a variety of correspondence such as memorandums, letters, agendas, summaries, etc. in a clear and concise manner.

- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in collating, preparing and submitting supporting documentation for tender submissions.

- Perform other office activities to relieve the supported group of administrative tasks
