Sr Manager - Zonal HR - West - FMCG/Hospitality

Position: Sr Manager-Zonal HR (West)

Role:

- To partner the sales function and regional office in providing proactive, continuous, reliable and responsive end to end HR support in the West zone

- To be responsible for implementing HR processes of recruitment, training & development, career management, performance management in the zone

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- 10-12 years experience in HR in a Zonal HR/ Sales HR/ HRBP role

- Good communication and computer skills. Good interpersonal skills, high level of integrity

- Knowledge of best practices

- Should have a good network. Ability to function in a rapidly expanding result oriented environment
