Sr Manager - Taxation/Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly Accounts, MIS, provisions, Inter company confirmations, shared service agreements, debit notes, foreign remittances, Coordination with group tax team for Direct and Indirect tax related queries. Vendor payments, banking, accounts etc.

- Coordination with Tax Auditors and Compliance Departments. Preparations for Business and CFO reviews, advance tax calculations and allied quarter/year ending activities.

- Domestic and international Transfer Pricing Audit, tax audits, preparation of details for tax assessments, service tax returns, audits & assessments. Budget preparation and analysis of actual versus budget.

- Co-ordination and follow up with Internal & Statutory auditors and ensuring that observations pointed are addressed. Preparation of reports and related data points for audit committee / board meetings.

- Liaise with operation teams on settlement / back office related activities and significant contribution in process improvement.

- Active interaction with business teams for various data points, resolving their queries. Preparation of various MIS reports which forms part of reports to senior management.

- Interact regularly with Business teams to identify the suspected areas of operations for risk management

Job Requirements:

- CA / MBA with at least 2+ years of experience

- Sound knowledge of Accounting, Direct and Indirect taxes & Budgeting

- Familiarity on Oracle will be an added advantage

- Good understanding of capital market operations, exchange regulations is added advantage.

- Expertise in working on Excel spread sheet & power point

- Good oral and written communication

- Team player & Self starter
