Senior Manager – Talent & Development

Major Areas of Accountability:

- Function as the talent ambassador for the India operation centres – represent and communicate the needs of the India operation centres to the larger talent/HR organization. Work closely with talent colleagues across the global operations centres to share/take learning.

- Design, develop and execute the talent strategy, road map and plan for the India Operations Centers

- Support the operations centers transformation initiatives including the culture change and change management programs

- Work with global teams to ensure that core talent processes such as talent reviews, performance management and succession planning are driven across the operation centres in India. Be the owner of the talent inventory for the India Ops centers.

- Provide oversight and support to design, develop and deliver a holistic L&D plan for the India Ops centers including high potential programs

- Provide high impact consulting support with HRBPs to the business, leading and designing diagnostic work, providing recommendations, and executing solutions.

- Provide Talent and Development support to the GGO India organization

- Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

- Lead or be part of critical projects from time to time. This could include transformation initiatives, redeployment etc

- Lead a pan India team, responsible for providing direction, coaching, feedback and creating a high performing team.

- External thought leadership, bringing in market-leading thinking and approaches.

Qualification:

- Understanding of leading Talent practices from both practical and academic fields and driving innovation

- Strong business acumen and understanding of business and company dynamics

- Advanced consulting skills, along with strong communication and presentation skills with superior ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Experience and ability in working a complex matrix driven organization. Be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.

- Strong track record of delivery of talent programs and process

- Strong people management skills

- Atleast 10-12 years of total experience, of which atleast 6 years in a Talent Management or HRBP role in a Multinational organization, would have worked with colleagues globally.

- Bachelors required, Masters preferred
