Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Summary:

- The role holder has responsibilities to create talent pipeline based on Organisation’s objective and manage end to end Talent Acquisition process with clear objective and delivery indices with satisfaction in India.

Reports to: Group Head - Human Resources/Business leadership in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Resourcing Strategy:

- Define Resourcing Strategy (including Workforce Planning, Branding, Diversity, Referrals Management, Campus/Intern Strategy, Staffing Center)

- Review of sourcing strategy time to time inlight of changing expectation of Organisation.

- Define Budget Scope

- Perform Market Analysis - salary and workforce trends and advise line managers

- Identify and develop channels of sourcing as per cost & quality norms.

- Define Diversity Strategy and incorporate into recruiting plans

Manpower Planning:

- Create country wide manpower plan factoring talent pipeline & diversity.

- Collate manpower budget data for the all Business, Functions & Region.

- Forecast skills/competencies required.

- Review Manpower & attrition on monthly basis.

- Finalise requirement of trainee with Business

Resourcing Process:

- Implement all Resourcing processes and review time to time for increasing effectiveness

- Ensure all Hiring Managers are covered in competency based interviewing technique workshop

- Define process for consultant briefing and feedback mechanism

- Conduct and facilitate campus recruitment

Channel Management:

- Review Channel composition based on Resourcing parameters time to time.

- Selection of Head Hunters based on skillset and reach and review their performance

- Institutionalise Employee Referral Program and Internal Job posting.

On-boarding Process:

- Implement global on-boarding program.

- Ensure Guide’s and Business Partner’s engagement in the process.

- Interact with Guides on trainees performance.

- Participate in mid-term and annual performance review process of trainees.

Campus Engagement Program:

- Take complete ownership of campus engagement program in India.

- Identify relevant Institutes for Management Trainee & Internship program based on skillset requirement.

- Conduct and facilitate on-campus interviews

- Manage relationship events with the campus

Management Reporting:

- Create Talent resourcing dashboard and monitor KPIs on a monthly basis.

- Recruitment KPIs

- New Hire handholding and satisfaction

- Effective recruitment channel management
