Sr Manager - Quality & Compliance - eCommerce

One of our E-commerce client is looking for a Quality & Compliance Professional to be part of their growing Operations team in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities as follows:

- Develop, implement, manage, audit and maintain quality systems to support business needs.

- Establishes in-process product inspection standards by studying operational methods; devising testing methods and procedures.

- Establishes product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

- Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Represent QA at senior management and review meetings.

- Budgetary and managerial responsibility for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

- Work across all disciplines of Operations and sales function.

- Keep abreast of changes to quality regulations and guidelines, advising the management team of any business implications of these changes.

Lead, manage and ensure proper training to any relevant change management programs throughout the company.

- Provide quality guidance to product development projects and programs as and when necessary.
