Company recorded the turnover of ~ $ 175 million in the FY ended on March 31, 2014 and is set to grow exponentially by way of production capacity expansions and various innovative marketing and product development initiatives.   Job Profile:  - Responsible for sourcing and purchase of materials including RM, specialty chemicals, engineering spares, packing material and other consumables both from domestic and overseas suppliers; ensuring timely availability of material of right quality, price and quantity to support sales demand  - Continuously explore means and avenues for reducing cost; Process improvement, new vendor development, better negotiations, improving process for reduction in cycle time, inventory controls, reduction in material transportation cost etc.  - Responsible for overall Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Creditors Management, including execution of strategy formulated by management.  - Reviewing/framing/finalizing various purchase contracts, ARC/AMC contracts, Agreements and related scoping documents to minimize business exposure  - Responsible for keeping track of entire value chain of major raw materials, both upstream and downstream, to provide useful insight and analytical support for decision making and business planning   - Good understanding and experience of logistics/transportation function and processes  - Good understanding of the LC terms and International Inco terms, various tax/commercial laws, EXIM policy, FEMA etc.  - Good knowledge of Liaison with DGFT & Customs  - Good Knowledge of Advance Licensing, EPCG licensing and other duty saving schemes right from application stage to its redemption   Skills Required:  - Experience of working in SAP environment & sourcing from overseas  Sunil Kumar  Talent Acquisitions Executive V4 Solutions Staffing Firm Website: www.v4solutions.in
