Sr Manager - Process Excellence - BPO

- Support the quality and process improvement programs

- 8-10 years of work experience with relevant experience in the off shoring industry (BPO/KPO/LPO)

- Six Sigma Green Belt certified/trained, Black Belt role (individual contributor).

- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas

- Find application opportunities for Six Sigma and Lean breakthrough strategy and tools, both internal and external

- Coach and train people on Six Sigma and Lean concepts

- Provide improvement methodologies and tool support to a full complement of green belts/yellow belts for implementation of projects

- ISO 9001:2001 deployment

- Setup and refine metrics as an ongoing activity

- Experience in process redesign is desirable
