Position : Process & Compliance Manager
Grade : Sr. Manager
Job Details :
The Process and Compliance Manager will be responsible for all process improvement and Compliance requirements for Current Accounts. This encompasses following activities:
- Identification of process gaps in existing process
- Checking feasibility
- Designing the Process
- Development and implementation of new processes
- Training
- Periodic review of process
- Handling Business Compliance related issues
- Interaction with support groups like Operations, Legal, compliance and Technology
The person recruited will handle a team responsible for Process and Compliance for Current Account Product
Experience & Education:
- Candidate should be a post graduate from Tier1 / Tier2 B-school.
- Minimum 3 to 8 years experience in process implementation, process improvement, product operations strategy etc.
- Candidate from premier institutes of any Industry can apply for this role
