We have an urgent opening for the position of an Sr. Manager - PMO (Transformation) for one of India's reputed Life Insurance companies:   Job Title: Sr. Manager - PMO (Transformation)   Reporting To: Head Program Management  Department: Business Development & Strategic Initiative   Location: Gurgaon   Job Responsibility :   - Ensuring all the project related deliverables are tracked and status updates are published on time as per the agreed format, frequency and quality standards   - Prepare and support communications for key stake holders of the organisation, lead in preparing a comprehensive, sharp deck for review. Facilitate preparation of a comprehensive scorecard for all key stake holders  - Establishing and maintaining a record of cross functional items and escalating in time if required  - Facilitating the flow of information to all the team members  - Supporting the transformational project team by liaising with relevant stakeholders to fulfill their requests for information / support while acting as a “single point of contact”  - Coordinating with Change leaders on sub projects and ensure adherence to scope and deadlines.  Minimum/specific Experience:   - Management Graduates with 5-6 years of work experience.  - Program management experience and/or insurance industry will be of added advantage  - Life insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory  Knowledge/skills/abilities:   - Attention to detail  - Strong MS Project, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel knowledge  - Ability to work with cross functional teams; Strong networking and inter-personal skills  - Strong work ethic and ability to create a healthy challenge basis conviction and data – highly numerate and data interpretation skills (analytical in nature)  - Ability to maintain confidentiality, being a detail-oriented, organized, critical thinker  - Furthermore, this position is required to work with a variety of people from field leaders to senior executives to external consultants. As such, it is important to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to forge and maintain relationships  - Ability to influence key stakeholders and operational owners through well articulated strategies backed up with metric driven value statements.  - Being boundary-less is of added advantage.
