Job Description - You will be responsible for:

- Managing stakeholder relationships, and propagating the use of the transformation team.

- Identifying opportunities for enhancements in the way we work, and build a business case for change.

- Strengthening the delivery methodology.

- Providing superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches.

- Ensuring benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets individually and jointly manage projects through effective implementation and change management.

- Leading, motivating and developing operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources.

The Successful Candidate - You will possess a top tier Masters/MBA degree with a PMP/Prince 2 certification. You will have atleast 8 years of strong Project Management & Change Management transformation experience across financial services, particularly insurance operations, broking and process improvement. Proven expertise in working closely with offshore/onshore teams and multi-cultural and multi-location team management. Proven success in the areas of benefit delivery and project management space. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills and a problem solving and creative thinking attitude.
