- Creative food idea generation suitable to system followed by leading the feasibility of same.

- Excellent knowledge of Food Production.

- 2 Potential food (Pizza) concepts to be generated per month.

- 5 Potential Food and beverage (side dishes) each concepts to be generated per month.

- Maintaining a good relationship with business partners and other key departments intra company.

- To plan out the tasks on weekly / monthly basis for the launch projects.

- To work with third parties to help out our business partners in making a desired product.

- To travel to production houses for the development.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Qualification: Hotel Management with certificate courses in food safety / food technology/ quality management.

Experience: Total Industry experience at-least 10 years experience in kitchen or food development in QSR / Hotel / Bakery / industry

- Good innovation skills in food production. Creative ways to ease out the processes at store / production levels.

Skills:

- Good in communication and inter-departmental functions.

- Should be open to learn the new processes for development.
