Sr Manager - Marketing /Technology Sector companies  Company : Leading Consulting firm based at Delhi/ Ncr  Conatct : Jaswinder Kohli Career Advantage .  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Translate sector knowledge into insights on client issues to the Sector team and the wider firm  - Develop and update a - Voice of the sector- capturing key issues and opinions that LP's should be discussing with their clients  - Work with knowledge management team to keep sector credential database and online credential portal up to date  - Support knowledge management team to keep sector website and portal issues driven and up to date  - Manage the Sector Analysts to ensure that they are providing the Sector knowledge required by the Sector Community and across each of the platinum and gold sector accounts. Ensure research is accessible and shared across the sector.  - Ensure the Sector Analysts are generating Client specific briefings to equip LPs with valuable insights are in preparation for critical meetings with Platinum clients  - Work with key account analysts to produce regular market updates for LPs  - Keep credential database and online credential portal up to date and be aware of what the relevant credentials are for any opportunity.  - Identify and optimise business opportunities by understanding and translating market trends  - Work with LPs and BDMs to drive effective, client specific, proposition development and market place execution, through challenge, sharing experiences and linking up sector/functional individuals, enhancing propositions  - Assist the Sector Head to create and develop investment plans and business cases which drive profitable growth in the Sector  - Work with Branding & Communication team to produce a marketing plan with regular press releases on industry issues and commentary on major market trends   - Build and manage a strong internal and external Sector community through:  - Developing a strategy that all LP's and functional leads are bought into, outlining the - must do- s- in order to achieve those goals  - Acting as the central point of contact for insights, expertise and access to Sector experts  - Management of regular sector meetings and ensure actions are delivered  - Analysing and interpreting Financial MI for the sector and individual accounts where relevant  - Collating and distributing Financial MI create performance highlights  - Facilitate regular internal sector communications to share knowledge and give key market updates   - Develop and maintain Digital presence with innovative and insightful internal and external comms  - Assist the Sector Head to understand where to deploy Sector resources for the maximum profit by:  - Assisting the Sector Head with sector budget, business planning and strategic account planning across the sector  - Working with CLPs and Sector Head to keep the pipeline and financial planning / budgets up to date  - Work with CLPs and Sector Head to keep client conversations and meeting manager to track future opportunities  - Work with Markets team to produce monthly results for LPs and Sector Head  - Flag good news stories  - Analysis of weak performance and flag to Sector Core Team  - Understanding trends to forecast future results and create a medium term plan to ensure targets are met..  - Being numerate and being able to understand the operating and charging model of professional services.  - Upward reporting on opportunities and quarterly sector performance.  - Providing data to monitor the performance of sector team members  - Design fortnightly/monthly sector leadership meeting - introducing topics and lead discussion  - Responsible for creation of Sector 3 year planning, working with sub Sector and Functional leads to create lower level plans - update propositions and priorities, understand whats happening in market.  - Regular review of account list - correct LPs are in place, sufficient cross selling.  - Develop a communication plan for the sector, outlining meeting objectives, frequency, attendees, agendas and also an overview of the sector communication to share best practices/knowledge and successful propositions in consultation with the Sector leader and core team  - Ensure collaboration across the firm  Qualifications and Skills : MBA
