Sr Manager/Manager - Valuation

Position Title: Manager/Senior Manager- Valuations

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

- Actively develops business for the Valuation practice

- Turns around valuation assignments independently.

- Manage valuation engagements for tax restructuring, financial reporting and pre-deal assignments

- Involved in all aspects of engagements including drafting a proposal, engagement administration, execution, budget monitoring & collections and due diligence.

- Interact with clients to collect data, understand requirement

- Displays leadership qualities

Qualifications required:

- C.A. or MBA with prior valuations experience

- Strong on Financial theory and concepts

- Knowledge of Valuation of equity / intangibles including PPA and valuations under IFRS

- Knowledge of Accounting, Tax/ regulations (as applicable to capital market requirements)

- Proficient in MS office; familiarity with financial databases like Capita-line

- Good at secondary research

- Experience in writing reports
