Job Description:
a) They all should be from Premier Institutes. (IIT/NIIT/DCE/BITS for Tech Role) (IIT/NIT + Tier 1 MBA Institute for Online marketing Role)
b) Should be from a Product/Ecommerce/Internet firm
Expectation from the role:
- Creating a comprehensive online marketing strategy including all digital channels (Facebook, Google, Display, Email, Affiliates, SEO, Mobile App)
- Optimizing traffic for seasonality, segmentation relevance, and selection
- Identifying opportunity for increased conversion and drive sales growth through implementation
- Analyzing performance of merchandising efforts, defining opportunity to innovate and improve
- Driving sales growth by increasing conversion
- Directing daily content and manage the calendar of initiatives that impact online marketing
- Optimizing website content and to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience
- Designing and delivering online marketing programs that cut through the clutter to reach our audience
- Researching, implementing and evaluating advertising options, searching for ROI
- Providing regular reporting of web analytics, on-line advertising, and email marketing campaigns
- Driving online marketing programs from creative ad development through campaign reporting
Qualities Required:
