Sr Manager - Legal - Pharma

Position: Sr Manager - Legal (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role:

- To provide legal support to various functions and businesses

- To draw up legal documents

- To understand and master laws applicable to the Pharma Industry and to the Company generally

Requirements:

- Law degree from a reputed university

- 5-9 yrs of experience in the legal profession either in a reputed law firm or in a mix of a law firm and in the legal function of an MNC or reputed Indian Company

- Should possess and demonstrate excellent drafting skills

- Good knowledge of Corporate Law and IPR Law (Preferred)
