Overall purpose of job:

Advise Management to ensure compliance of all statutory obligations relating to Company’s business; respond to Government inquiries; support business proposals relating to marketing/ distribution of products; obtain and comply with statutory licenses for running the business of the Company, in timely and cost effective manner.

Education, qualifications, special training, experience and skills:

- Graduate degree in law (LLB) Minimum 10-15 years experience in the legal function of a reputed & large manufacturing corporate, preferably in an FMCG setup or Candidate should have worked for a law firm, have considerable experience in drafting of agreements and litigation.
