Urgently looking for a Sr. Manager - Learning & Development for a leading KPO.  Position: Sr. Manager - L & D  Location: Mumbai / Bangalore  Shift Timings: 4pm to 1am  Responsibilities:  - Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies  - Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans  - Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support  - Propose and manage L & D budgets  - Be responsible for organizational development initiatives  Desired Profile:  - 5 to 10 years of experience in Learning and Development.  - MBA - HR from a Tier I / Tier II HR institute or equivalent  - Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and leadership training modules  - Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications  - Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable  - Ability to communicate and convince leadership  - Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels  - Ability to develop, lead and manage teams  Interested Candidates kindly forward your updated Resumes
