Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development:
- To manage the end-to-end learning & development processes including: Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
- Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
- Manage and oversee the development of your training team
- Management of the training budget
OD:
- Research, assess and provide a training resource portfolio providing value at all levels of the organization;
- Work with other departments to manage the communication, delivery and tracking of all courses, e-learning and other resources;
- Align resources to organizational competencies and integrate with the development planning process.
Talent Management:
- Assisting in strategy, design and execution/embedding of best in class Talent Management solutions in areas of Succession Planning/Management and Talent Review
