12-17 years experience from leading IT services/ Captive units managing and leading HRMS Projects
Primary responsibilities:
Competency management and defining a competency framework for development practice and practically implementing it
Defining KPIs with stakeholders and managing performance of teams, along with managers
Manage stakeholders
Must have managed global stakeholders and global implementations, including HR Shared services set up and program management
Must have strong program management skills
Must be able to manage demanding business associates with diverse business background (multi functional)
Must be able to manage program costs and budgets and be able to articulate business benefits
Technical Skills:
Comes from a very strong Oracle HRMS e-Business suite background
Very good communication skills, ability to prepare development strategy, plans & reports for complicated
systems
HR Shared Services domain knowledge
General Skills:
Excellent communication skills
People management skills
Analytical bent of mind
Very good stakeholder management skills
Able to work and deliver in a multi stakeholder environment
Be able to influence stakeholders and management with superior grasp on testing area and be able to convert that into business imperatives
Education/Qualification: BE, MCA, or MBA or M Tech / PMP/Prince 2/LSS / MBB
