Client Details :  Looking for a client is one of India’s leading business conglomerates.The Group has business interests in diverse areas including power transmission and distribution equipments and services, paper and pulp, energy and infrastructure, food processing, farm forestry, chemicals, IT and ITES.  Key Skills :   - The most important skill required is Oracle Applications R12 experience followed by Network (LAN/WAN).   - The candidate must have worked on AND implemented the Financial module of Oracle  Role Objective :   - To lead IT team at Manufacturing Unit, Malaysia for Paper & Pulp , ITC and Plantations operations  - To ensure uptime of IT Infrastructure, local applications, continuous improvement and ensuring IT projects are completed on time and under budget guidelines  Position Title : Senior Manager - IT 				 			  Key Responsibilities :  - Lead IT team for manufacturing unit supporting Paper & Pulp , ITC and Plantations operations  - Ensure high availability and uptime of IT Infrastructure and local applications including hardware, network, antivirus, firewall etc. at all times  - Implement and support BCP & DRP   - Share and implement best practices related to IT  - Manage all local IT projects and applications and support them   - Contract Management of IT Vendors   - IT Infrastructure procurement, upkeep and resource optimization  - Support existing and future applications  - IT Management, Security, Risk & Governance   Candidate Profile :  Qualification :  - B.E (Preferably Computers)  - ITIL Certification is desirable  - PMP is desirable  Experience :  - Need to have around 12 - 15 years experience with minimum 10 years in IT  - Should have handled IT Infrastructure & Application Lead role for at least 3 years  - Experience in team management   - Project Management experience  Competencies :  - Strong people skills - able to mediate conflicts - recognize options - propose & implement solutions  - Deep knowledge of IT-infrastructure components, function and hierarchy   - Need to have knowledge on core switches, connectivity, IT security (Gateway & Client both), Servers, Storage (SAN, NAS, tape libraries), Routers, DB etc.   - Solid documentation, communication, training skills  - Knowledge of Windows, AIX, Intel, Solaris, OEL Platforms
