Must be an MBA from tier 1 College from Indian or International institutes.   Key Responsibilities:  - Formulate the business unit HR policies, keeping in mind the employee strength of the organization as well as future growth prospects  - Undertake maintenance of the following:  1. Compensation Structure and Employee Benefits  2. Payroll and ESOPs  3. Recruitment and On-boarding (Develop a mentorship program)  4. Management of Employee Database  5.
