Responsibilities:

- Head of HR operations with the overall responsibility of driving the HR Strategy, Business Partnering, HR Processes (PMS, Career Development, Learning, Talent Acquisition) and Industrial Relations.

- The various business unit heads and HR heads at various locations would be reporting to this person.

Looking at candidates with good experience in HR and in manufacturing industry.
