Job Description:
- Work with the Business Head & Head HR to manage manpower planning & deployment at the respective location.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition Recruitment, selection & on boarding of relevant business and sales positions as per defined SLAs and in coordination with the different teams
- To partner closely with relevant business teams to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase productivity, attract and retain talent.
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
- To initiate projects to increase employee retention and engagement Partner with all business support teams to ensure timely and high quality delivery of HR services/programs
- Ensure & coordinate Welfare/Benefits/Insurance programmes are implemented well for the business.
- Conduct & Analyse the causes of attrition and take preventive measures along with the corporate HR resources.
- Driving Engagement activities for relevant business/ sales team.
- To drive and ensure implementation of and compliance to all HR processes, systems and policies in all regions.
- Ensure timely Time and attendance report to corporate payroll team.
This role includes 20-30% travelling.
