We are HR sourcing partners have been serving diverse industry PAN India for one of our Leading Automobile client, we have an opportunity for the role of Sr Manager - HR based at Chennai   The role holder is responsible for strategizing, planning and delivering service excellence for the functions of Talent Acquisition & Management, Rewards, Strategic Management & Administration in the Plant environment.  Major KRA:  - Talent Acquisition: Managing & Strategizing Acquisition, initiatives, pipeline management, development of sourcing channels   - Talent Management: Managing Talent Management team to ensure service delivery, Partner with Senior Leaders in strategizing and driving talent management principles and processes  - Strategy, Planning & Steering: Supplement execution of Human Resources Strategic Planning and Analytics Instruments   - Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to coach, develop and mentor team of HR professionals, Ensure development needs of direct reports are addressed through formal and informal training opportunities, projects and targets.  Academic / Professional Qualifications:  - Preferred MBA/ Master or Post Graduate Degree in Leadership Development, HR Management from a renowned Institute. (Preferably from XLRI / TISS )  - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field with relevant years of experience   - HR Generalist with 6 to 10 years experience - preferably from a Multinational Corporation  - Demonstrated expertise & proven success in HR service delivery Skills  The incumbent having PLANT experience will be preferred since this position is based at Plant.will be responsible for some IR responsibilities .
