Job Title: Senior Manager-HR.

Education:MBA from premier institute.
- Experience & Exposure Required :
- 10-12 yrs of experience. Experience in manufacturing set up is a must.
- This position is responsible for the entire HR function at our Vapi unit ( pesticides ).
- This position is accountable for Human Resource Development and the activities include identification of training needs of Management and as well Non Management staff of the unit, design and Implementation of appropriate training schemes, TQM activities and administering the company’s policy on employee health.
- In the area of personnel administration, the activities involved are Assessment of manpower requirement, design of job profiles and Recruitments thereto, maintaining cordial industrial relations through continuous dialogue and long term settlement with the union, evolving and implementing promotion policy, administration of welfare measures including canteen, and assisting the General Manager in maintaining appropriate relationships with the local community and gaining their goodwill.
- Will lead the complete IR functions with focus on managing the union, statutory compliances, proactive IR measures to ensure cordial working environment.
