Responsibilities

- HR maintains ultimate responsibility for Organization peace and build the healthy relationship between the management and Employees.

- Maintain and Improve the system as per AS 9000 requirement.

- Act as the face of HR for the company

- Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization

- Recruitment Function

- HR functions

- Legal Functions

- Handled Labour Issues

- Experience to handle the union

- Should be able to manage day to day issue

- Knowledge about all labour laws

- Handled all rules and regulation under the laws

- Management Information System

- Must have comprehensive knowledge of AS 9100 requirements
