- An extremely large, profitable, rapidly expanding, professionally managed Indian core-sector manufacturing organisation (part of one of India's largest groups) having multi-locational operations globally and world leaders in their product category is looking for Senior Manager-HR Operations.

- The position is based in Mumbai & reports to the Head-HR.

Job/Candidate Profile:

- MBAs with 8-12 yrs of experience in HR Operations.

- Must have good experience in policy formulation, Manpower planning, PMS, Budgeting.

- Should have very good analytical skills, good in training people for balance scorecard etc.

- Will be involved in Senior Level Talent Acquisition.

- There will be no reportees but will be working along with other regional teams.
