Senior Manager - Human Resources  Department: Human Resources  Location: Bangalore  Job Purpose:  - The role is responsible for partnering with the HR team and clients to design and effectively implement and deliver the HR plan.   - This role will manage and be accountable for the results of the HR service center and coaching and mentoring the team.   - The role will also be responsible for successfully delivering global HR initiatives and projects.  Responsibilities:  - Performance Management: Designing a performance management system in line with the business needs and implementing the same.   - Employee Engagement (1000+ FTE) and understanding the organizational climate based on Surveys.   - CSR and Diversity and Inclusion policies in line with the global framework  - Designing Compensation policies in line with the market.   - The role will also encompass all other HR Generalist / Business partner tasks and responsibilities.   - The HR Leader will have to work with the leadership team to secure their buy in on new policies and initiatives and be an effective communicator.   - Should be able to lead a team of 8 – 9 people.  Required Skills and Experience:  - Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field   - Demonstrated experience in an HR management position with strong technical HR skills Well developed supervisory and coaching skills, including demonstrated experience building a high performing and engaged team  - High level stakeholder management and relationship building and influencing skills Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills  - Highly committed and flexible to work on a variety of tasks as needed Track record of delivering high quality HR projects and initiatives  - Must display professionalism, integrity, and drive to provide excellent client service Proven International knowledge and strong cross-cultural awareness  - Strong organizational and time-management skills  - Excellent negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills
