Senior Manager - HR, IR

Location: Chennai

CTC: 35 - 40 lacs

Co: medical devices & packaging, supporting pharma cos.

- HR Candidates from MNC Mfg. cos. are eligible to apply

Reports to Country Head.

- Mfg/Plant HR exposure required, attrition management, talent pooling, HR process, statutory and regulatory compliance, strategic HR, PF, licenses,etc.

- HR support for corporate office and plant/factory.

- Candidates from Chennai only will be considered.

- Candidates should be MBA/ PG in HR with around 12 -15 years experience in HR & IR and should be mandatorily from MNC mfg. companies operating in India.

- Stable Candidate.
