Job Description
- Handling ER process end to end and coordinating with the business to implement ER process
- Take decision on the action to be taken in case of deviant practices reported to ER team. Recording of action taken.
- Coordinating with business/ Admin towards ensuring compliance to labour notices issued.
- Follow up with business/ admin to ensure closure of bank's response to labour notices
- Recording of notices issued/ closure status of labour notices
- Coordinating with business/ admin/ lawyers in dealing in respect of legal cases
- Follow up with business/ admin/lawyers in order to bring closure of legal cases
- Recording of status of legal cases
- To generate MIS from time to time on various ER activities performed.
- To provide adequate support and guidance to the business/ admin on the ER policies/ process.
- Coordinating with the internal customers on ER processes.
- Grievance Handling and issues related to the entire Employee Life cycle Management.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR with at least 6 yrs experience in a Bank, preferably Nationalized Bank handling Employee Relations, Disciplinary matters, Statutory Compliance and managing Legal cases.
