SENIOR HR MANAGER-HRBP
Looking for Senior Manager - HRBP for Dubai location.
Location: Dubai
Years of experience- 6-8 years in HR Business Partner in BPO/Call Centre (Only).
Essential Experience Required:
- MBA + Bachelor’s degree in social studies/ psychology (Tier-1 preferred).
- Working in call center environment is a must.
- 5+ years overall HR experience with minimum of 4 years in a team leading role and have managed 2000+ employee strength .
Role:
- Lead and manage the performance of the unit by setting employees objectives, reviewing and rewarding performance against objectives and responsible for leave management.
- Identify teams’ knowledge and skill gaps and work with the learning and development team to create and deliver appropriate training.
- Actively contribute to the improvement and development of strategy and objectives of the Business HR Unit.
- Ensure the performance and capacity of Business HR provision by periodically forecasting future needs.
- Manage cost and ensure it is within the given budget.
- Oversees the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, programs and practices.
- Perform attrition analysis and create and help implement retention programmes.
- Recommends HR policies and objectives that will establish a positive relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Develops strong working relationships with other Executives, management and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed.
