Company: Our Client is a leading supplier of systems for Paint Circulation, Paint application, High Viscosity materials - sealants & adhesives, Lubrication equipment to the Automotive OEM's, Auto ancillaries and General Industry.  Location: Mumbai HO - Navi Mumbai  Reporting Structure: Reporting to - Director  Experience: Type & No of years  - 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources, Manufacturing/Engineering industry preferred.  Role & Responsibilities:  Recruitment and Induction/ Orientation:  - Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements   - To manage requirement of contract labour as per production plan   - Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process;  - Designing and facilitating induction / orientation programs.  Labour & Administration :  - To ensure cordial harmonious industrial relations with work force  - Preparing & monitoring monthly budgets.  - To ensure compliance with all Labour Laws and statutory guidelines.  - To manage supportive & administrative services such as record-keeping, mail distribution, housekeeping, employee transportation, canteen, employee accommodation, guest house management, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services.  HR Policies & HRMS:  - Implementing HR Policies across the manufacturing locations.  - Efficiently manage Employee Engagement Events & ensure effectiveness to increase employee moral   - To actively participate in News letter committee and encourage employees contribution.  - HRMS process implementation across all functions of Human Resources.  Performance Management Systems:  - Providing guidance to staff on performance management, including conducting periodical orientation to the process  - Managing the performance appraisal cycle, including setting up of objectives, mid-term review and final appraisal and ratings  - Facilitating and moderating outcomes, in required cases.  Rewards Management:  - Reviewing and benchmarking labour wages.  - Ensure payment of salary by 7th of every month.  - Planning and implementing annual salary increments for blue & white collar.  - Facilitate Reward & Recognition initiatives in factories as per the timelines  Training and Development:  - Setting-up and conducting training need analyses  - Preparing the training plan and training calendar for specific period  - Coordinating training workshops  Skills/Expertise:  Desired Skill set:  Management Skills: Excellent leadership and influencing skills; Effective mentoring and Motivational skills;   Problem-solving orientation; Strong verbal & written communication skills in English Interpersonal Skills: Team player; Open to cultural change; highly committed and self motivated.
