Sr Manager - Group Insurance - Actuarial

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Qualification - Actuarial - 3 to 9 papers

CTC - 14 l p a to 20 l p a

Overall understanding of life office work

- Broad knowledge & understanding of actuarial work – 3- 9 papers

- Thorough knowledge of group insurance

- Good experience on issuance of quotations of Group Term, Group Credit Life, Group Micro-insurance

- Experience on pricing of Group Gratuity, Group Superannuation, Leave encashment etc.

- Actuarial valuation of group liability

- Experience on monitoring group experience

- Reinsurance negotiation for group insurance

- Knowledge on group related reporting works

- Understanding of regulatory provisions relating to Group Insurance

- Capable of handling sales team, operations, IT & Finance team

- Good in client management

Core role in current company SHOULD BE on group.
