I have started STEPS after working in the industry for 16 yrs in HR.. My last Organisation was CSC. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

At this time we have a position in General Insurance, part of the Finance Team

Sr.Manager : General Insurance/P&C for a very Large MNC.

Location : Noida

NOTE : Would prefer Female candidates for this role.

Job Description :

MBA/CA with 10+ years experience in insurance field for India and Global :

- General Insurance coverage like Fire, Marine, Burglary, Erection All Risk etc covering all property and stock

- Liability covers such E &O, Crime and Director and Officers, CGL, Product liability and claims related to it.

- Negotiation of insurance premiums with multiple insurance companies .

- Settlement of insurance claims relating to Fire, EAR, Marine, liability insurance etc.

- Project Insurance and risk management.

- Review and Finalization of Policy wordings and coverage.

- Risk management and optimization strategies

- Valuation of Assets

- Expertise in development /improvement in processes and control.

- Excellent rapport with insurance companies and consultants.

- Ability to coordinate and arrange documents/information with all the stakeholders.

- Ability of make the presentation on insurance and claim

- Analytical skill

- Strong leadership qualities

- Experience in operating SAP/ERP system and also expert in working in MS office including excel, word, Power point.
