- Over all responsibility of Accounting of all the capex incurred by the organization as per the generally accepted Accounting practices and SOP followed by the company.   - Maintenance of Fixed assets register as required by the statute  - Responsible for timely and qualitative reporting of month end schedules as per the corporate calendar.  - Review and submission of MIS reports to the parent holding company/Internal MIS Reporting.  - Responsible to identify the problematic areas highlighted by external /internal auditors or during internal reviews or areas to improve the hygiene of the books/assets of the company  - Draw up a charter to resolve the long pending issues and close the same by involving the other stake holders to the same.
